Description
Machine to wrap round, rectangular or cube shaped moulded or enrobed chocolate products in a variety of different wrapping styles. The modular design of the machine facilitates good acces-sibility to all major components. The wrapping operation is inter-mittent. The machine is equipped with a vertical folding box which allows a number of different wrapping styles, such as bunch, top twist, side twist or double twist to be produced on the machine. The basic machine must be completed by exchangeable modules for product feed, folding or wrapping and product discharge as required. The top clip wrapping style requires a specially designed version of the CWM. Rectangular products can be fed to the machine short or long edge leading. A special feeding system is available for top twist, side twist or top clip. For delicate products a pressureless synchronisation unit can be integrated in the in-feed section for gentle product handling. The machine can be equipped with several wrapping modules for different wrapping styles so changeover time between styles is minimised. In the standard machine execution, wrapped products are discharged at random via a chute however a module is available to discharge products in a controlled manner positioned on their flat bottom, e.g. for top twist wrap - product standing on the flat bottom with the twist on top. The wrapping material is fed smoothly, which allows the use of difficult materials. With two additional reel holders and a second wrapping material feeding system an understrip can be applied. Automatic splicing is standard on all models.
