Daikin Slim Built-In Unit offers the benefit of duct-free technology for add-ons and zoning control, but it is also installed like a more traditional ducted system. The slim height of the FDXS unit (less than 8") makes it suitable for most of the residential application where attic and/or bulkhead is limited.
