Puncak Bumi Utama Sdn. Bhd., a Bumiputra Company with a paid-up capital of RM200,000 was established in October 2001 by three (3) young Malaysian Professionals namely Ahmad Kamal Chik, Megat Al Issham Megat Ismail and Shamsol Bahri Shamshol.

The three already had achieved excellence in the Malaysian Public, Private and Academic Sectors and decided to join together to pool their knowledge and abilities by venturing in the Trade of Metal and Wood base Furniture Manufacturing.
