Description
Road Line Paint is a high quality alkyd modified chlorinated rubber based non-reflective high performance road marking paint with excellent durability and obliterating power. Approved by SIRIM to Malaysia Standard MS 164:1991
Recommend Use: Road Line Paint is used as self priming and topcoat for bitumen or concrete and asphalt surfaces. It is suitable for both interior and exterior uses such as marking car park lot directional arrow, lot numbering, divider line and etc.

Application Details
Application Methods Brush and roller.
Mixing ratio (by volume) The paint is ready for use after thorough stirring. For conventional air spray, 30 thinning with thinner 51 is recommended.
Thinner / cleaner Thinner 51.
Dry to touch 10 -20 hours, depending on ambient temperature.
Dry to recoat 1 hours.
Theoretical spreading rate 10 m2 / liter.
Practical spreading rate (depend surface porosity) 8 m2 / liter(20% loss factor).
Wet film thickness 120 microns.
Dry film thickness 60 microns.
