Tasting Note: The colour of the wine in the glass is a wonderful dark red and it has fresh berry aroma's. It is a silky smooth Cabernet and the flavour sneaks up on you to burst with blackberry, and I get slight hints of cranberry and plum. It is well balanced with some lovely toasty tannins to fill out the palate.
