Predusts & Intermediates

Predusts are an essential part of systems which are applied as a dry powder directly onto the core, to provide a more adhesive surface for batters and breadcrumbs. They can also be used to create a light, subtle coating, with a seasoning or fine crumb to enhance flavour and appearance. Intermediates are particulates such as breadcrumbs or crackermeals added to a coating system to create a distinctive texture and appearance.
