Offset Printed Laminated Boxes

Using offset printing, we are able to produce highly detailed, colour images onto our boxes. These offset printed boxes can then be further strengthened by laminating them from the inside with a layer of corrugated single-face liner of A, B, or E type flute.

The additional lamination process does two things:

• First: It allows boxes to offer more cushioning and greater protection for our client's products than a regular cardboard box; the lamination process essentially allows an offset printed box to be as durable as a corrugated carton.

• Second: Lamination improves the quality and image of the product; the combination of high quality offset printing with lamination helps enhance the packaging and look of the product when the product is displayed on store shelves.

Our offset printed packaging boxes are made from various types of cardboard imported from Japan, Taiwan, Australia and the United States, and the photo-realistic images are printed using our 5-colour Heidelberg Speedmaster CD, acquired from Germany.

The lamination process is also highly specialized, and our experience and R&D investment in this field have helped improve our level of quality and efficiency to enable us to move ahead of the competition.
