Modified Starches

Food starches are made from corn, tapioca and potato and used in many food products. They are are nutritious carbohydrates. With the correct use of starches, one can make cakes that do not crumble, yogurts with excellent texture and packed frozen foods that are freeze-thaw stable. The starches we sell contains starch polymers that can be connected in straight (amylase) or branched (amylopectin) chains, giving granules varying sizes, shapes and structures.
