The standard AGILITY CONTROL suspension with selective damping system alone gives an excellent performance. It hardens or softens the dampers depending on the driving situation - fully automatically and separately for each wheel.

The Dynamic Handling package with sports driving mode is available if more agility is required. At the push of a button, you can choose between a more cultivated and a thrilling, sporty driving style. In addition to changing the hardness of the dampers, the sports driving mode changes the characteristics of the accelerator pedal, making the response of the engine more tangible.

The 7G-TRONIC automatic transmission is the pinnacle of Mercedes-Benz transmission technology (comes as standard in the C 250 BlueEFFICIENCY). Seven forward gears allow an optimum engine speed and virtually imperceptible gearshifts. When downshifting, the 7G-TRONIC can skip gears thanks to its direct multiple downshift, allowing more rapid gearshifting and even more dynamism.
