Mee Soya Pandan

Rice flour is essentially used for the preparation of rice noodles, unleavened bread and various Oriental rice crackers, cakes, pancakes, waffle and refrigerated Chinese mooncakes. It is also used as a thickening agent for gravies, batter and sauces as well as meat tenderizer.
