Materials for high Wear and High Pressure Resistant Tools

This camented carbide is the alloy with fine particles and has the high hardness and high compressive strength. As the toughness is low, this material is suitable to the wear-resistant or high-pressure tools which are not exposed to the impact.

･The applications: Drawing dies, plugs, nozzles, plungers, cutting tips, stamping dies, punches and dies, bushes, gages, plastic and glass forming dies.

･The particle size: 0.8 - 1 micron
