Jumbo Chicken Jalapeno Hot Rod

This natural smoked skinless chicken sausage is spiced with Mexican Jalapeno peppers and should give you a nice kick. If you love it spicy but not stinging hot this is definitely your sausage. Can be used like an American Hot Dog in a bun with various topping like tomato salsa, guacamole and so on. Grill or pan-fry them over moderate heat.
