ISMS for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

iSMS-plugin for CRM integrates Microsoft Dynamics CRM to BookIT's patented iSMS-service. iSMS-plugin enables seamless integration of interactive 2-way iSMS-dialogues to Dynamics CRM. Thus it is possible to send SMS´s to recipients directly from Dynamics CRM and retrieve the replies back to CRM for further processing.

In addition, with iSMS-plugin, it is possible create Mobile Originated services - i.e. mobile users can send a predefined message to certain number - when Dynamics CRM receives this message it will be handled by a worlkflow - for example initiating a dialogue for asking sender´s name, address, etc.
