1) Vegetable, potato 500gm, water 400ml (2 cups), thick cocomut milk 200 gm and a packet of MAK NYONYA Instant Vegetarian Curry Sauce.
2) Mix the MAK NYOANYA Instant Vegetarian Curry Sauce together with vegetable and potato in a pot and cook until aromatic. Add in water. Bring to boil and add in coconut milk. Simmer over low heat until vegetable is tender. (Approx : 20 minutes)
