1) Chicken 1 KG, potato 200gm, water 400ml (2 cups), coconut milk 300ml & a packet of MAK NYONYA Instant Chicken Curry Sauce.
2) Fry the MAK NYONYA curry sauce together with chicken until aromatic. Add in water and potato, bring to boil and lastly add in coconut milk. Cook until chicken is tender. (Approx: 20 miniutes)
