Complex three dimensional structures and micro structures can be realized very fast , cheap and accurately by Powder Blasting. Powder Blasting or Air Jet Machining use the principle of erosion to structure brittle materials such as glass, ceramic, stone and silicon with the help of finest grids.

By using a particle jet including finest aluminium oxide particles and our photopolymer materials, which are especially developed for such applications, it is possible to create micro patterned holes and lines below 80 micron.
