Goat Milk

Goat Milk is as good as cow milk for a healthy body. Goat milk has 25% - 50% smaller size of fat particle than cow milk. People who find it hard to drink cow milk (purge after drinking) will benefit greatly if they change to drink goat milk. Beside, 20% of fatty acid in goat milk's fat belongs to short and medium chain (4-12 carbon) whereas cow milk has only 10%. This is the reason why goat milk is more digestible than cow milk. Research results have shown that goat milk takes 10 hours faster to reach our liver for the human body to absorb than cow milk.
