Preparation:
5 slices of vegetarian fish fillet, 300gm of eggplants, long beans, tofu, lady fingers,
80ml coconut milk or milk (optional), 400ml water.
Cooking Method:
- Boil 400ml water, pour 1 packet of " Nyor Nyar brand" Vegetarian Curry Paste. Stir well to mix for 1 minute.
- Add the above ingredients, allow it to simmer for 7 minutes or until it is cooked (add 80ml of coconut milk or milk as one prefer). Serve hot.

20pcs of vegetarian fish fillet, 2kg eggplants, some(long beans, tofu, lady fingers),
300ml coconut milk or milk (optional), 1.5L water.
Cooking Method:
- Boil 1.5L water, pour 1 packet of " Nyor Nyar brand" Vegetarian Vegetable Curry Paste. Stir well to mix for 3 minute.
- Add 2kg vegetarian fish fillet, 2kg of eggplants, long beans, tofu, lady fingers, allow it to simmer for 10 minutes or until it is cooked (add in 300ml coconut milk as one preferred). Serve hot.
