Preparation:
600gm chicken (cut in to cube) 300ml water 80ml coconut milk.
Cooking Method:
- Put 600gm chicken in pot and boil for 5 minutes, remove for later use.
- Pour 1 packet of 'Nyor Nyar Brand Kapitan Curry Paste' into wok, add chicken and cook with middle heat. Add in 300ml water and 80ml coconut milk, lower heat, simmer covered for 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve hot together with turmeric rice.

3kg chicken (cut in to cube), 1.5L water(for step 1), 1L water(for step 2) , 300ml coconut milk.
Cooking Method:
- Boil 1.5L water, put 3kg chicken and let cooked, remove for later use.
- Pour 1 packet of 'Nyor Nyar Brand Kapitan Curry Paste' into wok, add 3kg chicken and cook with middle heat. Add in 1L water and 300ml coconut milk, lower heat, simmer covered for 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve hot together with turmeric rice.
