End Of Arm Tooling (EOAT) plays a vital role in any production line. It needs to be accurate for the particular payload, it must be durable and it must not add any unnecessary weight to the take-out arm.
We have the in-house expertise to design and supply complete EOAT assemblies, from the simplest to the most complex. Alternatively, we can supply a range of standardised parts that will allow you to design and build your own tooling.
Our strong yet lightweight EOATs allow faster take-out cycle times and shorter tool settling times. For many applications the tooling mass can be reduced by as much as 40% and reduce cycle times by up to 10%. We can also offer a modular adjustable kit that can be adapted to run on more than one tool. Where necessary, detection of missing parts can be performed by vacuum, cylinder switch, part sensor or fibre optics.
