YLI Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company with subsidiaries involving in the manufacturing and marketing of ductile iron and mild steel pipes, fittings and other related products. The Group's dedication to its manufacturing activities led to YLI's listing on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (then known as "Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange") on 7 August 1997 and was subsequently transferred to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 10 January 2001.
