Established since 1980's with the name of Dallas Interior Decoration Trading Company, the founder Mr Choon Yaw Kim were run a small business with his wife Madam Yuen Pong Tai based on his experience and knowledge in this field. In year 1996, it was incorporated to DL Sofa Sdn Bhd with brand Dhallas and solidify the business by participate in many exhibitions,exploring the international market in order to expand business abroad.
