Description
Cocofat 28 is a fully refined, fractionated and/or hydrogenated fat of palm kernel oil. Cocofat 28 provides the continuous matrix that holds the other ingredients and contributes to flavour and aroma in an acceptable form prior to consumption. This fat matrix is firm and dry to touch at the operating temperatures, not greasy or sticky during consumption. Cocofat 28 also melts away quickly and completely at body temperature. We also have the full facility to customise to specific fat profiles providing greater flexibility in producing the desired consistency pattern.
