Every machine we sold is backed by our strong service team. We at KL Analytical Sdn Bhd are continually evolving to provide prompt response to our client's needs by means of value-added services and total customer support with a personal touch.
We have a big team of After Sales Service and Support team. This team is separated into the following support groups:
- Technical Support - responsible for servicing and repairing the system in the event the machine breaks down. This group is also responsible for providing maintenance to the system.
- Application Support - responsible for providing support to users on using the system to carry out testing.
- Operation Support - responsible for training our clients to operate the system.
- IT Support - responsible for helping our clients solve all problems related to the PC/Laptop of the system.
On top of this, we also engage a group of experienced consultants to provide advise and consultations to our clinets in carrying out their testing.
KL Analytical Sdn Bhd also maintains an adequate inventory of spare parts, calibration tools and equipments in our Service Centre to ensure quality service back-up to our clients.
