American White Oak is a pale yellow brown to mid brown with very distinct sapwood.It has a beautiful wide and interesting grain pattern which adds to the individual character of the furniture. With a good consistency of color, little of knots and has great resistance to warping and splitting, this timber is particularly well suited to the popular lighter finishes.
